社会保険の適用範囲

ちょっとうれしいですね！！
今日は健康保険、厚生年金保険の適用の範囲についてです。
法律上当然に社会保険（２つ合わせた総称）に加入しなくてはいけない事業所を強制適用事業所といいます。
それは、
・法人の事業所で常時従業員を使用するもの
・強制適用業種の個人事業主で、常時５人以上の従業員を使用するもの
以上です。
強制適用業種とは、何でしょう？
農業、動物の飼育、養殖、演劇・映画の製作・法律専門業種等が強制適用業種以外の事業です。
それ以外は強制適用業種です。
一言でいうと普通の事業です。
法人であれば、１人以上の従業員を使用すれば必ず加入しなくてはならないのです。
しかし、現実は違います。
特に規模が小さい会社で、加入していないところも多いです。
最近では「市場化テスト」というなのもとで、加入してもらおうという動きがあります。
強制加入の取り締まりは強化される方向に動いています。
